Fried eggplant, tahini & silan

This is a very easy simple and tasty recipe to make. All you have to do is fry the egg plant then drizzle with tahini and silan (Israeli date syrup)

1 large eggplan cut in slices. salt

fresh black pepper

frying oil

1/2 cup tahini sauce

4 Tbs silan

1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds

1/4 cup chopped parsley

season the eggplant with salt and pepper.

Add oil to the pan and get hot, V stuff rain the egg plant until golden brown
