ABOUT CHEF LONNIE
As a young kid growing up in Israel, Chef Lonnie was always fascinated with trying and combining different ingredients to make his meals stand out from the rest. When he was 18, he made the long journey to New York City to attend the prestigious French Culinary Institute with the dreams of becoming a chef.

After many exciting years in the restaurant industry, Chef Lonnie had a vision to bring his Mediterranean cooking style in a more personalized way. Now he is cooking exclusively as a private chef NYC, New Jersey, the Hamptons, Connecticut, Miami, and Los Angles. Using the freshest seasonal ingredients available from the local farmer markets, creating delicious dinners for any occasion.
As a private chef, my focus is on creating unique dining experiences for my clients that are not only delicious, but also unforgettable. From intimate dinners to pizza party and even cannabis dinner, I take pride in curating menus that are tailored to each individual client's needs and preferences. Chef Lonnie has been working with our family for the last several months. He is an amazing chef and our family loves him. He is able to cook a wide variety of food that is tasty and healthy. He is also very clean and ensures that before he leaves everything is sparkling! He also makes great desserts.
